Acceptance Checklist (If Application Accepted)

Complete Pre-Ordination Course Work (required classes, field work and homeworks) and submit by the deadline.

Keep and submit a weekly Ministry Journal of prayer, communication with God, prophetic words, impactful scriptures, observations of shifts in your thinking and behavior from impact of this journey, etc.

Fieldwork which may involve visiting congregations, preaching, performing rites, etc.

I fully understand and agree that I cannot become ordained through Voice to the Believer Ministries unless ALL the requirements are fully and satisfactorily met in the required time set out at the beginning of this contract (Circle One) 3 Months (initial 12 week course) 6 Months 10 Months. I also understand that I am free to withdraw at anytime, and that nothing will be refunded to me. I also understand that Voice to the Believer Ministries has a right to terminate this agreement if the candidate and Voice to the Believer Ministries cannot agree to walk as one according to the doctrines set out by Almighty God in the Holy Bible.
